How inquiry and website data is handled

This policy explains what Resilience Securities collects through the public website, why it is collected, how it is protected, and how to request review or correction.

What data we collect

When you submit an inquiry, we collect the information you provide in the form, including your name, work email, company, role, optional phone number, company website, service interest, asset type, ownership statement, authorization status, timeline preference, message, and consent confirmation.

Why the data is collected

The information is collected to review legitimate business inquiries, determine whether the requested work is appropriate, communicate about scope and scheduling, support responsible disclosure handling, and maintain internal records about the assessment request.

Business basis and use

We use submitted information for pre-engagement evaluation, communication, internal recordkeeping, abuse prevention, and service administration. Submission of the form does not create a client relationship by itself; work proceeds only after separate written agreement where applicable.

Form metadata and technical logs

To help protect the site and review submissions safely, we store request metadata such as timestamps, source IP address, user-agent details, challenge verification records, lead-status changes, and internal audit events tied to the submission lifecycle.

Retention and protection

Inquiry records are retained only as long as operationally or legally necessary for review, communication history, proposal follow-up, security monitoring, or recordkeeping. Access is limited to authorized portal users, and the application uses rate limiting, validation, secure headers, and private storage controls.

Cookies and analytics

The current website uses only the minimum cookies required for private portal authentication. If analytics or additional processors are introduced later, this policy should be updated before those tools are enabled publicly.

Third-party processors

Where configured, email notifications may be processed through Resend. Any additional processors used for hosting, email, or file review should be documented before they are introduced into public operations.

India and remote delivery

Resilience Securities operates from India and may work with approved clients remotely across other regions. Cross-border communication and data sharing are limited to what is necessary for the legitimate business purpose of the inquiry or engagement.

Requests about your data

If you need your inquiry information reviewed, corrected, or deleted where appropriate, contact contact@resiliencesecurities.com. Requests are handled in line with operational, contractual, and legal obligations.
